Description
The primary intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select and implement a benefits administration platform to address the City’s efficiencies in benefits administration, including current and future healthcare plans, employee benefit processes, plan analyzation and costs, employee communications and documentation, compliance regulations, and other communication programs related to benefit administration. Other initiatives such as Human Resources Compliance and Technology, as they relate to employee benefits and office efficiencies with city vendors is also requested herein.
