| Notice is hereby given that, Warren Housing Authority, Warren, Rhode Island hereinafter called the "OWNER" or "PHA" will receive sealed bids for “Building G Corridor Renovations at Kickemuit Village”, Warren Housing Authority, Warren, Rhode Island.
Bidders are invited to submit separate sealed BIDS to the PHA per Instructions to Bidders and Supplementary Instructions to Bidders. The sealed proposals shall be delivered before 9:00 A.M., local time, July 23, 2019 to the Warren Housing Authority, 20 Libby Lane, Warren, Rhode Island 02885. Proposals received after the above time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly.

H.U.D. Section 3 Bidding Preference. The Warren Housing Authority strongly endorses the hiring of residents for employment opportunities and/or training under the Section 3 Program guidelines. It is important to note that H.U.D. procurement procedures include a preference for Section 3 Business concerns.
There will be a Pre-Bid meeting (NOT MANDATORY) on June 26, 2019 at 9:00am at Kickemuit Village Community Room, 20 Libby Lane, Warren, Rhode Island 02885.
Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing-impaired must notify the Warren Housing Authority at (401) 245-7019 seventy-two hours prior to bid opening.
