BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS:
Use the form provided in submitting your bid.
Trade names or stock numbers are only for purposes of quality identification.
DELIVERY: Bid prices are to include shipping and handling where applicable.
Bids must be received in the Business Office, 91 Anan Wade Road, Glocester, RI 02857, on or before 1:00 pm on April 13, 2020 with the bid opening at 1:15 in the Business Office.
Bids must be in a sealed envelope with the outside of envelope printed or typed: BID FOR: 2020 14’ Ford E350 (OR EQUIVALENT) Cutaway van with lift gate
BID SPECIFICATIONS:
Sealed bids are due on Monday, April 13, 2020 @ 1:00, and will be opened at 1:15 PM in the Foster-Glocester Business Office located at 91 Anan Wade Road, Glocester, RI 02857.
The recommendation to the School Committee will be based on the cost, qualifications and the bidder’s ability to meet the specifications listed above.
Payment terms net 30 days after acceptance of all required inspections.
The Foster-Glocester Regional School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, combinations of items, or lot(s), and to waive defects or minor informalities.
