Effective March 7, 2005, the RI Department of the Judiciary will be managing its own purchasing and bidding process. Judicial Bids are now accessible on our website. Go to 'Bid/Grant Opportunities', select 'External Postings', select 'Judicial' from the Bidding Group drop down list, then click 'Search'.

Improved Searching

Searching the RIVIP website has become much easier !! You can now search by entering multiple keywords separated by spaces. If you need to look up a keyword or phrase that contains a space, enclose the keyword with double quotes.

The RIVIP website now offers a disk based bidding process for certain bids where vendors can download a ZIP file containing all of the necessary files to fill out on your personal computer and bring to the bid opening on a CD or diskette. More information...
